Sword Saint Association, an Interceptor in the Starry Sky

Late at night in Q City, Watchdog Man was patrolling the city as usual.

Q City had always been hailed as the city with the best public safety, all because Watchdog Man guarded it day after day without ever slacking off.

But during his patrol today, he suddenly encountered a young man who looked like a street thug in an alley.

Without any warning, the other party attacked him. After a brief fight, Watchdog Man easily subdued him.

Garou lay on the ground, having not even seen how Watchdog Man had defeated him. Gazing up at the starry sky, he felt no frustration, only that there was still room for his martial arts to improve.

Just as he struggled to get up and find somewhere to bandage his wounds, he suddenly heard a voice by his ear.

The voice seemed to pierce straight into his mind and seep into his soul, making Garou halt in his tracks.

Though he acted unruly and aspired to become the strongest monster, he had no desire to rely on any outside force. Hunting heroes was merely one part of honing his martial arts.
