Shirou helped defeat the Shadow Servants and Angra Mainyu, but Irisviel and Okita died, and Artoria vanished. He then returned ten years into the past as a Foreigner Servant, rescued Sakura, and reunited Kiritsugu with Natalia as the Fourth Holy Grail War continued.

• Shirou and his allies assaulted Ryuudou Temple, where he fought Arjuna and the Shadow Servants while Okita Souji sacrificed herself to protect Kiritsugu’s group.
• Shirou defeated Red A and fought the corrupted Enkidu, while Rasputin summoned Barbatos and Angra Mainyu threatened to unleash beasts on the city.
• Irisviel sacrificed herself to destroy the Black Grail, Solomon defeated Barbatos, and Shirou refused Marisbury’s golden Grail before asking Artoria to help end the war.
• Shirou returned ten years into the past with Frostmourne, erased Onaizu’s soul, and emerged as a Foreigner Servant when Kiritsugu summoned Artoria.
• Shirou joined Irisviel and Artoria in Fuyuki, where he watched Artoria duel Diarmuid and intervened as Iskandar, Gilgamesh, and Lancelot entered the conflict.
• Shirou gained Kariya’s cooperation, rescued Sakura from the Matou estate, destroyed Zouken’s hidden workshop, and arranged for Kariya to care for Sakura and Shinji.
• Shirou sent Kiritsugu to a house in Fuyuki, where Kiritsugu reunited with Natalia before they set out together to confront Kirei.

Shirou intervened in the Holy Grail War, confronting its corruption and helping Artoria face her regrets while preparing to destroy the Lesser Grail. As the final battle began, he defeated Iskandar and turned toward the remaining threats.

• Kiritsugu destroyed Kenneth’s hotel workshop, but Kirei ambushed Maiya until Natalia intervened and escaped by hang glider.
• Shirou hunted Caster for murdering children, freed the children Caster used as hostages, and helped drive him off while Artoria went to assist Irisviel and Maiya against Kirei.
• Kiritsugu and Natalia trapped Kenneth with tear gas, while Irisviel bound Kirei until Shirou’s projected weapons separated him from her and Maiya.
• Shirou spoke with Kirei about desire, then hosted a banquet where Gilgamesh, Iskandar, and Artoria debated kingship and the Holy Grail before Iskandar defeated the Hundred-Faced Hassans.
• Shirou showed Artoria recordings of Tristan and Mordred expressing their feelings, helping her let go of her regrets about Camelot.
• After Gilles de Rais summoned a regenerating monster, Shirou attacked it while Kariya battled Tokiomi and later lured Kenneth out for a confrontation.
• Shirou defeated Diarmuid, stopped Kiritsugu from killing Kenneth and Sola, and explained that Irisviel’s heart was the Lesser Grail and the corrupted Grail could kill everyone.
• Shirou went to Ryuudou Temple to destroy the Lesser Grail, summoned his undead army against Iskandar, and killed him with Frostmourne after Iskandar entrusted Webber with his final charge.

After the Holy Grail War, Shirou awoke in the Kamen Rider Kabuto world with Tiamat and began a new life at Totsuki Academy while fighting Worms and building Laputa. The stretch leaves him defending Megumi in a Shokugeki against Shinomiya and reassuring Tiamat that he will stay with her.

• Artoria restored Lancelot’s sanity before he died in her arms, while Shirou defeated Gilgamesh and sacrificed his continued existence to save Irisviel, Maiya, and countless others.
• Shirou awoke beside Tiamat, healed Kamide Misaki, and decided to raise Tiamat after learning she had followed him out of Imaginary Space.
• Shirou enrolled at Totsuki Academy, impressed Senzaemon and Erina with his omurice, and defeated a spider Worm as Punch Hopper.
• Shirou passed the Polaris Dorm entrance test, helped examine new students, and defeated a cricket Worm after it attacked Arato Hisako.
• Shirou defeated Erina in a noodle Shokugeki, recruited Ichimaru Gin, and continued fighting Worms while Tendou Souji became Kabuto.
• Shirou passed Totsuki’s residential training tests, then challenged Shinomiya to a Shokugeki after he expelled Megumi for changing his terrine recipe.
• Tiamat told Shirou she felt lonely because her children had left, and Shirou promised to stay with her and protect her.

Shirou defeated Shinomiya, joined the Autumn Election, and won his way to the final while continuing to fight Worms and navigate ZECT’s conflicts. He left the arc preparing for the final and intending to resolve the Original Insects and Insect problems before Christmas.

• Shirou defeated Shinomiya five votes to zero, encouraged him to rediscover his passion, and refused Kagami’s offer to join ZECT.
• Shirou returned from the training camp, fought Worms with Tendou, and learned that Soma’s father was Joichiro Saiba.
• Shirou killed Tsumagi’s Worm and punished him for ordering ZECT to let it feed on people, then defeated the Progenitor Insect Hercus and gave Nishiki the chance to face Mayuko’s Worm.
• Shirou earned a perfect score with his curry at the Autumn Election preliminaries, then defeated Miyokura Akira in a Shokugeki with his castle-shaped dessert.
• Shirou recruited Yaguruma and fought Worms during Kagami’s riverboat mixer before defeating Soma in the beef match and advancing to the Autumn Election final.
• Shirou froze Yamato Tekki after confronting him over his alliance with the Progenitor Insects and decided to turn him into a Death Knight.
• Yaguruma defeated Kageyama and took TheBee Rider bracelet, while Shirou said he would resolve the Original Insects and Insect problems before Christmas.
• Shirou prepared saury for Yaguruma and Nishiki, then returned to find the Polaris Dorm residents enjoying the food.
