Lorgar Aurelian strode into the midst of the crowd and greeted his three Primarch brothers.

Perturabo gloomily surveyed the blasphemous Runes painted across the walls and suppressed his doubts.
"Begin. Do not waste time."
Konrad Curze's arms trembled like a raptor's wings. He had already seen the river's course.
He quietly glanced at Sevatar beside him, knowing that the slogan he was about to shout would be repeated endlessly over the next ten thousand years.
"This is a gathering of immense significance."
Omega shifted his attention from the unfavorable reports arriving from the eastern galaxy to the current situation.
"I must remind you that Nimrod's fierce offensive has been more rapid than expected."
His Legion had lost more than twenty thousand men in the Gordian League and Diamond Star, including elite Headhunters. Even the Lernaean Terminators had nearly been wiped out.
Lorgar frowned slightly and looked at Omega.
"My brother, there is no need to worry. The Imperium's core is flawed."
"Our father's rationalism, which defines the Imperial Truth, is built upon the lie of atheism."
"The Imperium was founded upon dangerous deception."
Zso Sahaal stood at the very edge of the Night Lords' ranks. His narrowed eyes swept over everyone before finally settling on Lorgar.
Within the Night Lords, from the Primarch down to the Astartes, all despised the Terran-born.
Though Zso Sahaal had become a company captain and an important member of the Nightfall Council, the Night Lords' upper organization, he was still isolated at the outermost edge by the Nostramo-born.
