Nimrod leaned back against The Throne while Arsena Dunn held a Data Slate in both hands and bowed as he reported.

"My lord, we annihilated the xenos of the Wolf Sub-sector: fifteen star systems, thirty-eight worlds."

"The War Council is pleased with your achievement in destroying the Fire of Time. The Sigillite's propaganda machine is praising your name as conqueror of xenos across the worlds of the Imperium."

"The victory the 'World Eaters' won at Alpha Salish is mentioned very rarely. Angron's rage turned the planet into a heap of ruins."

Just as Nimrod remembered, the Imperium sent the 203rd Expeditionary Fleet to cleanse the Changeling that treated humans as food.

Nimrod weighed the difference in Sequence between the two potion ingredients and thought to himself.

[The Changeling is the main ingredient for the "Fool" pathway's Sequence 6 "Faceless Ones," while the Fire of Time is the main ingredient for the "Error" pathway's Sequence 5 "Dream Thief."

Neither is a potion ingredient required for evolution on my "Black Emperor" pathway. The Fire of Time was clearly much harder to deal with than the Changeling.

At least, if the Changeling didn't consume Adeptus Custodes blood as it did in my memories, it was inferior to the Fire of Time, which was born with a Flame Shield.]
