The enormous shadow of the fortress known as the Rock slowly spread across a designated region of the Baal System's inner orbit.

The surface of this mobile fortress of the Dark Angels Legion, covered in countless gun batteries, sensor arrays, and ship landing platforms, began operating like a hive.

The Dark Angels' main fleet—including several Strike Cruisers, Strike Cruisers, and swarms of escort vessels—began deploying according to the prearranged defensive formation. Together with the Blood Angels' existing orbital defense platforms and fleet, they formed an interlocking web of firepower, filling critical gaps in space.

A joint conference on command authority and coordination procedures was underway in the command center of the Indomitable Truth.

Those attending included Lion El'Jonson, Leona, Chen Xi, Dante, and, via holographic projection, Dark Angels Grand Master Azrael, Deathwing Grand Master Belial, and Ravenwing Grand Master Samuel.

Azrael was the first to explain the Dark Angels' integration plan. "The Rock will serve as the core anchor and final command node for the system's defense. Its powerful Void Shields and firepower will support the primary defensive axis.

"The Dark Angels fleet will be divided into three main battlegroups. The First Battlegroup, led by the Indomitable Truth, will meet the enemy head-on. The Second Battlegroup will operate around the Rock, conducting regional defense and fire support. The Third Battlegroup, composed primarily of Ravenwing vessels, will carry out mobile patrols, reconnaissance, and flank strike missions."

Dante promptly added the Blood Angels' deployment plan. "Our fleet will handle low-orbit defense, focusing on protecting Baal itself and key satellite facilities. The fire-control systems of all orbital defense platforms have already been preliminarily linked to your command chain, and a data-sharing protocol has been established.
