The leaders of the shinobi villages discussed Obito’s threat and chose a commander for the Allied Shinobi Forces. Their nominations tied, and after explaining their choices, Ōnoki argued that Shamu was best suited to raise the alliance’s morale.

• Minato explained that he had split the Nine-Tails into yin and yang halves and sealed one half within Naruto.
