Higashino Kanade fought the Servants who tried to stop him from taking the Greater Grail, then removed it with the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path. He returned to Tuliphas, took Mordred as his Servant, and prepared to face the united Black Faction.

• Higashino Kanade fought Arthur, Karna, Heracles, and Chiron, surviving their attacks and summoning meteors that devastated Fuyuki Castle.
• Fujino, Ryougi Sakura, and Grea found the Greater Grail underground while Higashino Kanade drew the Servants away from the castle.
• Higashino Kanade summoned the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path, which swallowed the Greater Grail, and Arcueid shielded it from the Servants’ assault.
• Martha stopped the fighting as Romania’s military approached, and Ozymandias challenged Higashino Kanade to a rematch before departing.
• Higashino Kanade returned home, learned from Martha’s roster that Orochimaru was among the Servants, and received Shishigou Kairi’s request to save his daughter.
• Shishigou Kairi chose his daughter over his clan’s magecraft, transferred Mordred’s Master rights to Higashino Kanade, and left for Japan.
• Higashino Kanade took Arcueid, Martha, and Mordred to Tuliphas, where Mordred found Darnic’s invitation for the Black Faction to negotiate at Fuyuki Castle.
• Higashino Kanade refused Mordred’s suggestion to tear down the invitation and said he would rather face the Black Faction united.

Higashino Kanade gathered allies and fought a massive battle against the factions opposing him, surviving Ereshkigal’s trap and gaining new powers. After defeating Naruto and Minato, he faced Solomon as the Holy Grail War’s conflict reached its final stage.

• Higashino Kanade recruited Arthur, Olga Marie, and Semiramis, then took control of Semiramis’s Sky Garden and sent his allies to a remote battlefield.
• Higashino Kanade’s forces clashed with Lorelei’s alliance, and he defeated Hashirama Senju before the battles spread across the field and the Floating Garden.
• Heracles and Chiron died fighting Semiramis and Bashum, while Higashino Kanade ordered the damaged Sky Garden to defend itself against Ozymandias.
• Higashino Kanade fought Naruto and Minato Namikaze, admitted that his manga had created them, and was dragged into the Netherworld by Ereshkigal.
• Root Shiki rescued Higashino Kanade and defeated Ereshkigal, after which he gained the Great Sage Body and escaped the collapsing Netherworld with Semiramis and Tohsaka Rin.
• Higashino Kanade defeated Child Gilgamesh’s forces with help from Fujino, Grea, and Ryougi Sakura, while the Floating Garden sacrificed itself to destroy the Netherworld.
• Higashino Kanade absorbed the Ten-Tails but suppressed Uchiha Kanade’s attempt to take control, then defeated Naruto and Minato and extracted their Mana.
• Solomon transported Higashino Kanade and his allies to his temple, where Kanade fought Karna, sent him away after healing him, and heard Ozymandias ask him to protect his Master.

After ending the Holy Grail War in a draw, Higashino Kanade settled his family and allies into new arrangements before joining Chaldea as deputy director. When Lev’s bombing triggered Human Order Incineration, Kanade survived but hid that fact from his daughters as they were sent to 1994 AD.

• Higashino Kanade defeated Solomon with Night Guy, rejected the Counter Force’s offer, and negotiated a draw with Marisbury Animusphere that gave the Ryougi Family seventy percent of Chaldea.
• Higashino Kanade settled matters with his allies, helped Solomon become Romani Archaman, and promised Semiramis he would take her back to Japan.
• Higashino Kanade married Aozaki Touko after their encounter, enlisted Orochimaru to research immortality, and returned to his family to explain what had happened.
• Higashino Kanade arranged work for Fukuji and Tohsaka Rin, sent Nilria to Lord El-Melloi II, and brought his daughters to Chaldea, where they met Mash Kyrielight.
• Higashino Kanade took up the deputy director position, learned that Lev had planted bombs across Chaldea, and prepared for Human Order Incineration with Orochimaru and Aozaki Touko.
• Lev detonated the bombs beneath the Spiritron Transfer Room, and Ritsuka and Ayako rushed into the flames as Mash was trapped beneath rubble and Kanade appeared dead.
• Ritsuka and Ayako were transferred with Mash and Fou to 1994 AD, Touki City, while Kanade revealed his survival and assigned Olga Marie, Roman, Orochimaru, Karna, and Mordred their duties.
• Higashino Kanade asked Chaldea’s personnel to conceal his survival from his daughters, then left Olga Marie in charge of the restoration effort.

Higashino Kanade was thrown into the Age of Gods, became Uruk’s Regent King, and helped the city prepare to face Tiamat. After returning to Chaldea and confronting Goetia, he joined Ritsuka and Ayako in the Sixth Singularity, where they reached besieged Camelot and found refugees under threat.

• Olga Marie told Ritsuka and Ayako that Lev had attacked Chaldea and their father had died, while Kanade set out to help restore Human Order in Fuyuki.
• During Spirit Transfer, a black dragon sent Kanade into the Age of Gods, where he joined refugees bound for Uruk and confronted Ishtar over her treatment of civilians.
• Gilgamesh appointed Kanade Regent King of Uruk, and Kanade established a ninja force and led reinforcements to the Northern Wall to defeat the Demonic Beasts.
• Kanade returned to Chaldea and arrived in London in time to stop Ritsuka from opening the Gate of Death, then fought Goetia and drove him to the Temple of Time.
• After the London Singularity was repaired, Kanade stayed in Chaldea while Ritsuka and Ayako cleared the Fifth Singularity, then joined their team for the Sixth.
• Nidhogg’s interference scattered the team across the Sixth Singularity, and Ayako released Kanade from Kamui Space before they set out to find King Arthur.
• Kanade and Ayako helped Cursed Arm Hassan protect refugees from Fergus, then escorted three hundred People of the Mountain to Camelot, where they waited outside its besieged walls.
• After Cursed Arm Hassan reported Camelot’s refugee screening, Kanade and Ayako left their tent to confront a gang threatening a woman, while a man warned them that gangs were preying on the hungry refugees.
