Now, dark red magical patterns even surfaced along the vine's dark green tendrils. It looked more powerful than before and gave everyone a strong sense of security.

But none of them knew that the Elephant-eating Vine's greatest transformation lay in its roots.

Its tangled, terrifying root system had grown so vast that it could rival the complex of Hogwarts Castle.

As Anton arrived, the Elephant-eating Vine's roots writhed. The wall split apart, and a vine lowered a suitcase from above.
