The instant Ghost Cutter entered his hand, it gave off a faint golden glow. Even though the opponent before him was strong, Meng Li was unwilling to use his Martial Soul unless absolutely necessary.

He took a step forward and raised Ghost Cutter with both hands. The thirty-meter distance vanished in an instant.

I was careless. Gu Yue was startled. She had originally planned to strike when Meng Li came within ten meters, but surprises came so suddenly.

He tossed the black blade aside.

"His name is Tang Wulin." Suppressing the feelings in his heart, Meng Li asked casually, "You seem quite concerned about him."

"I don't know him yet. I just think he looks rather pleasant."

"Oh." Looks like this girl is interested in Tang Wulin. Meng Li smiled.

"You're quite impressive. Let's be friends?" Gu Yue said calmly.

"Friends?"

Shouldn't you become friends with Tang Wulin first? Meng Li paused, then teased, "As friends, you'll have to treat me to a meal."

"You're asking a girl to treat you the first time we meet?"

"Then I'll treat you." By the time Meng Li finished his second slice of watermelon, Wu Changkong began calling everyone together.

"Who are you calling not human?" Meng Li walked over from nearby, carrying a bag of water.
