Meng Li returned from the Star Luo Continent, declined a place among the Shrek Seven Devils, and defeated the Inner Court students before becoming a teacher and forging his Two-Word Battle Armor. As his time with Gu Yue dwindled and he grew closer to Na’er, he considered joining the Inner Court but resolved to delay that step while pursuing greater strength.

• Meng Li and Long Yue tested their endurance in a prolonged handshake, then Meng Li trapped Long Yue with Judgment and Tang Wulin later defeated him in a three-hour battle.
• After returning to Shrek City, Meng Li visited his old home with Gu Yue and Na’er, then declined the Inner Court and explained why he would not join the Shrek Seven Devils.
• Meng Li challenged the Inner Court students and defeated them in an overnight battle, revealing a transformed form with angelic and dark wings and blood-absorbing halos.

• Meng Li traveled to Aolai City with Na'er, spent time with her at their old home and the beach, then returned to Shrek Academy with her.
