Youye's words left both Dark Insect and the Black-robed Figure bewildered.

What did he draw that made him so confident he'd have the upper hand next turn?

In this situation, even drawing Effect Veiler wouldn't help. His Extra Monster Zone was occupied by Munin, so he couldn't make Baronne by combining Level 1 and 9; it could only be Level 1 and 3!

"None!" Dark Insect replied.

"I Normal Summon Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring from my hand." As soon as Main Phase 1 began, Youye made his move.

As he spoke, a cute little girl in white appeared on his field. However, she was scared and immediately buried herself in Youye's arms. Youye stroked her head, assuring her she was safe.

"???"

"You... you also have Ash Blossom?" At Ash Blossom's appearance, the green light in the Black-robed Figure's eyes flared, and his voice trembled.

This was a Hand Trap that Earth-level Duelists could only dream of, more versatile and harder to obtain than Effect Veiler. Every Heaven-tier Dark Duelist had one, even two or three. If Youye joined them, just having Effect Veiler would significantly boost the overall strength of their Dark Duelists!

As Youye's voice fell, the Ash Blossom beside him and the Munin on the field transformed into two arrows. As a gateway appeared, a large green Anaconda appeared on Youye's field. The Anaconda had a large mouth full of sharp teeth and roared angrily at Dark Insect, as if saying, How dare you? Drag the person I chose into this Dark Duel?

"Anaconda, don't be angry, with your help, the duel will be over soon!" Youye felt the Anaconda's anger and soothed it.

"Saya's effect is to banish one monster on my field, and then one monster on the field, until the End Phase, not one on your field and one on mine!" Seeing the two of them confused, and knowing Dark Insect clearly couldn't stop it, Youye naturally explained.

"It's too late!" Dark Insect's mind hadn't caught up yet. Just now, because Youye banished Naturia Beast and Saya, and it wasn't his own field being dueled on, the Black-robed Figure hadn't reacted. Now that Youye explained, he instantly understood.

Saya's second effect, rather than being for the opponent, was more for protecting its own monsters.
