It needed a satellite's signal combing and a large infusion of energy before it could recover its previous form and start operating again.
Blue Lake said, "Lord Yao, Cute Signal works by changing the Signal Group that defines personality. It takes effect on Signal Life, and works best when life has only just been born. If it is modified after taking shape later in life, conflicts between Signal Groups can easily occur. However, just like all Laws, it is only effective within the Silver Plain or a Polycystic Complex."

In Pixel World, this captured Law was like an Electronic Heart, giving off a faint blue glow. Numerous capillary-like line structures extended from its surface. These lines drifted inside the cyst, also resembling a cocoon that was taking shape.
