There was someone in the room! Andy was somewhat surprised, but on second thought, it seemed to be within his expectations.
Andy had come to find the Unspeakables today.
If any of the Unspeakables were skilled in divination, or if the Department of Mysteries had alchemical items such as Prophecy Spheres, they would more or less sense something.
For that reason, rather than letting Andy cause an irreparable mess in the Department of Mysteries, it was better to show himself and meet Andy.
That would be good for both sides.
Click! Andy shut the door behind him, narrowed his eyes slightly, and carefully studied the person in the room.
The man was a short old man with a head full of white hair and a face full of wrinkles. He looked about the same age as Dumbledore. He wore a somewhat grimy wizard robe whose original color was impossible to make out, as though it had not been washed in a very long time.
Hmm... grimy in a very wizard-like way.
Andy did not dare let down his guard. He focused all his attention on the old man and quietly gripped his wand.
The Department of Mysteries held many secrets.
In Andy's mind, Unspeakables and Sweeping Monks had always been wizards of the same caliber. They studied many things and knew many hidden secrets.
Planets, death, time, the brain, prophecy, love... Just from the Department of Mysteries' twelve rooms, one could gain a preliminary understanding of the Unspeakables.
No one knew how many powerful wizards were hidden within the Department of Mysteries.
So Andy did not dare underestimate the old man before him in the slightest.
"Good evening!"
Andy greeted him first and said politely, "I'm Andy Collins. I think you should know who I am."
"Oh, of course!"
The
