A gentle breeze slipped through the cracks in the window and swirled through the room. On the bed, Huo Yuhao slowly opened his eyes and stared blankly at the ceiling for several seconds.

Suddenly, the faint light outside the window caught the corner of his eye. He instinctively looked over and saw that the thick dark clouds had disappeared from the sky. It looked as though the weather was about to clear.

He got out of bed and walked to the window, only to find Falling Maple Courtyard completely quiet. He had no idea what time it was.

"Creak."

He pushed open the window, and an incomparably cool gust of air rushed against Huo Yuhao's face. He greedily drew in a breath, and his mind immediately cleared.

He raised his head toward the sky and saw a pale strip of dawn already appearing on the distant horizon. The sunlight seemed ready to emerge from there and spill across the land.

But as he watched, Huo Yuhao suddenly seemed entranced, standing motionless as he stared at the horizon.

Time passed. Just over ten minutes later, the pale dawn at the horizon visibly expanded. When the first ray of sunlight finally fell upon the earth and everything seemed draped in a golden veil—

Third: the Heavenly Eye could release a golden light beam of varying strength. That golden light seemed to attack an enemy's Life Fire. After a successful attack, it even appeared capable of stripping away the enemy's Life Fire for his own use. However, releasing the golden light consumed Spiritual Power, and the stronger the golden light, the greater the consumption.

Question: what was the upper limit of this golden light? What level of enemy could ignore its stripping and attack? The use of Life Fire taken for his own use was unknown.

Fourth: activating the Heavenly Eye while the Spirit Eye was active would further increase his vision to three times its normal level, allowing him to notice even finer details.

Question: could the Heavenly Eye and Spirit Eye be combined in other ways, much like martial souls could develop a Martial Soul Fusion Skill?

Fifth: would the Heavenly Eye activate on its own again in the future?
