Uchiha Toko became Fifth Hokage, crushed opposition in Konoha, and took control of the Fire Country’s court after the Feudal Lord’s death. He moved the capital to Konoha, established a medical academy, and began advancing his Mangekyō Sharingan toward the Eternal Mangekyō.

• Uchiha Toko and Sarutobi Hiruzen blamed Danzo for the Nine-Tails Incident and lockdown, then celebrated reforms and Toko’s growing support with their allies.
• Uchiha Toko taught Sasuke about the choices behind the Uchiha coup, received Black Zetsu’s account of the Sage of Six Paths, and gave Orochimaru materials to research Mangekyō evolution.
• After overcoming opposition from officials and nobles, Uchiha Toko became Fifth Hokage and promoted Kakashi to lead the Military Police Force and serve as his assistant.
• Utatane Yuta and Mitokado Isao incited a protest and joined Hyuga elders in opposing Toko, but Kakashi and the Military Police Force crushed the conspiracy and restored Hyuga Hiashi to power.
• When Orochimaru attacked the Capital of Fire and killed the Feudal Lord, Uchiha Toko forced Orochimaru to retreat and took charge of the capital’s defenses and government.
• Uchiha Toko defeated Kazuma’s assassination attempt, and Kakashi helped him eliminate Abe Taiichi and the other conspirators before Toko moved Minamoto Mikoto and the capital to Konoha.
• Uchiha Toko accepted Neji as his disciple, brought Tsunade back to establish a medical academy, and used the Slug Sage’s scroll to refine Sage Chakra and restore his Mangekyō Sharingan.

Uchiha Toko strengthened Konoha, brought Uzumaki survivors under its protection, and led his disciples through the Joint Chunin Exams before securing a treaty with Iwagakure. As tensions grew across the Ninja World, he secretly arranged an attack on Calvin’s factory, while Iwata Sawaki arrived in Konoha.

• Sakurai Hideaki disciplined the Three Purities Education Squad as Uchiha Toko addressed rising prices, imposed a seventy-percent tax on large merchants, and forced resistant merchants to invest in the Land of Fire.
• Uchiha Toko deceived Black Zetsu about supporting the Infinite Tsukuyomi and used his shadow clone to inflame conflict between Kirigakure’s commoner ninja and bloodline clans.
• Uchiha Toko welcomed Uzumaki survivors, rescued Uzumaki Xingli and Karin from Kusagakure, and named Naruto the Uzumaki Clan Head while teaching him sealing techniques.
• Uchiha Toko took Naruto, Sasuke, and Neji to Iwagakure’s Joint Chunin Exams, where Naruto fought Deidara and Uchiha Shingetsu won the championship for Konoha.

Uchiha Toko expanded Konoha’s influence through the Land of Waterfall and Land of Snow while navigating political opposition and preparing the village for military reform. As the Joint Chunin Exams approached, Nagato agreed to cooperate with Konoha, and leaders from Iwagakure and Kumogakure arrived in the village.

• Uchiha Toko helped Takagi Shoban become the Fifth Mizukage and join the Konoha Covenant, while Mei Terumi established a rival Kirigakure and allied with Kumogakure.
• Toko used a rap contest featuring Killer B to inflame racial divisions in the Land of Lightning, then ended the program as unrest spread.
• Toko pressured Ōnoki and Iwata Sawaki into a ceasefire, and Konoha’s graduating class formed teams led by Kakashi, Shisui, and Toko.
• Toko tested Team 7, then helped Naruto learn that Minato and Kushina were his parents and reconcile with the Nine-Tails.
