Cai Lin was the feared Queen of the Snake People Clan, known publicly as Medusa. During the events surrounding the Green Lotus Core Flame, she appeared in her Seven-Colored Sky Swallowing Python form at the hidden spring where the flame was sealed. Following her evolution, she awakened in human form and entered a symbiotic, adversarial arrangement with Xiao Yan after his Three-Colored Fire Lotus imprint restrained her ability to harm him. 27 35 39
