The battle temporarily came to a halt. Everyone turned their eyes toward Xandar's destroyed main structure, where dust, flames, and black smoke billowed into the sky.
Within the dust-filled ruins, purple light flashed conspicuously on the back of the burly figure's right hand. Purple radiance flowed across his massive body and seeped into him.
"Aah--------"
The figure in the dust threw back his chest and roared. A shockwave erupted from his body, blasting away all the nearby dust and forcing the closer Thanos army soldiers to stagger back several steps.
The dust scattered under the shockwave, revealing Thanos's tall, powerful figure. The Power Stone embedded in him had overloaded his flesh with excessive power, making veins bulge hideously across his purple-skinned face and body. As the dust settled, the veins on Thanos's face gradually calmed.
Thanos raised the Infinity Gauntlet on his right hand before him. The purple Power Stone had already been embedded in it. He slightly turned the gauntleted hand, feeling the Power Stone under his control, granting him immense strength.
The user of the Power Stone could use it to grasp and control all power and energy. It could replicate all physical abilities to enhance the user's attack and defense, granting limitless physical strength and making the user nearly invulnerable and immensely powerful.
Of course, the amount of power used would only inflict double the damage upon the user.
The Infinity Gauntlet could greatly reduce the negative effects of using the Stones.
The Power Stone was practically a perfect match for Thanos, causing his already formidable strength to rise exponentially.
"So that's Thanos." Tony Stark looked down from the sky, narrowing his eyes. This was the first time he had seen Thanos, and he looked exactly like the image Stephen Strange had sent into his mind.
"He
