Faced with He-El's question about how many universes there were, Zeus was left speechless for a moment.
"I don't know." Zeus realized that he seemed unable to provide He-El with much useful information, and he grew a little anxious.
Almost everything He-El asked about exceeded the information his true body had imparted to him.
"But the universes cannot be endless. While new universes are born, some become too 'old,' some are destroyed, and some suffer accidents during the process of absorbing and converting Heavenly Blood. That causes the universe to weep, corroding it until it is riddled with holes. In the end, the universe is flooded by Heavenly Blood." Zeus racked his brains and respectfully said, "Heavenly Blood is not a harmless fluid that universes can simply absorb. It is an energy filled with the power to corrode everything in a universe. Only beings as powerful as universes themselves, or the true bodies of the Olympian Gods, can convert and consume it."
That was roughly all Zeus knew about the Blood Domain and Heavenly Blood. His true body had not placed more detailed information into his divine body.
Most of what he knew was only a general outline.
He did not understand the practical effects of Heavenly Blood in detail.
"Universes are within the Blood Domain... The Blood Domain contains Heavenly Blood... Heavenly Blood is absorbed by universes... Universes survive by absorbing Heavenly Blood..." He-El thought for a moment. He could picture the Blood Domain as an enormous sphere containing countless universes, with the liquid Heavenly Blood within it being absorbed by those universes and allowing them to exist.
But that did not lead to any further conclusions. A rough outline formed in He-El's mind, and he asked Zeus again:
"Is that all you know about the regions? Are your
