"Save... save me... I can't turn over."
The cry for help came from a "rock" covered in crisscrossing lines. Goku tilted his head in confusion, curiosity in his eyes. As he walked toward the rock, it suddenly stretched out four flippers and began paddling frantically.
This "rock" was an overturned sea turtle. When the fighter jet collided with Bulma's car and exploded, the turtle had pulled its limbs, head, and tail into its shell for protection. The blast wave had flipped its shell over, leaving it unable to right itself.
"It's a turtle!" Goku ran over in confusion. Seeing the sea turtle extend its limbs, he quickly circled it curiously.
He had never seen a sea turtle before, but it looked much like a regular turtle. Aside from its different limbs, Goku simply assumed it was another kind of turtle.
"Could you please save me?" The sea turtle asked weakly, its eyelids drooping.
"How do I save you?" Goku curiously looked it over.
"Turn me over first. I can't turn myself over," the sea turtle said weakly.
"Okay, Mr. Turtle, pull your feet in first." Goku picked a spot. After the sea turtle withdrew its head, tail, and limbs into its shell, he grabbed the edges with both hands and flipped it right side up in one go.
"Thank you." Having successfully turned over, the sea turtle poked its head, tail, and limbs out of its shell.
"Haha, don't mention it." Seeing that the turtle had righted itself, Goku happily planted his hands on his hips and grinned, flashing his white teeth.
"Sorry to trouble you again, but could you get me a cup of salt water? And some kelp too, if possible." The sea turtle's voice was faint, its eyelids drooping. It looked exhausted.
