After dealing with the Android guards and the gun barrels that had popped out, He-El, Yamcha, and Krillin entered Dr. Gero's laboratory.

Dr. Gero's laboratory was not complicated. There were only a dozen or so rooms, mainly divided into three types: biological experiment rooms lined with experimental tanks containing all kinds of human corpses, rooms for manufacturing humanoid machines, and rooms for fusing biology with machinery.

Biological experiment rooms, mechanical experiment rooms, and biological-mechanical fusion experiment rooms.

The other, smaller rooms all served those three types of experiment rooms.

"Dr. Gero really is a beast!"

Yamcha and Krillin looked sickened as all manner of human corpses used for experiments were laid bare before them.

Krillin could no longer endure the churning in his stomach. His face went pale, and he vomited.

He-El came to the computer in the main control room and began searching through the experiment logs, but Dr. Gero had already wiped the records clean. It was a physical deletion—the hard drives containing the stored data had all been removed. There was no experimental data left.

"Quite cautious." He-El raised an eyebrow. It seemed that after learning Commander Red of the Red Ribbon Army had been killed by him, Dr. Gero had immediately packed up the hard drives and taken away anything of value.

Even so, He-El found some residual information in the computers and surveillance footage, but those records were of little use.

"We have to bring Dr. Gero to justice!" Yamcha's face darkened as he angrily punched the steel-alloy wall. His stomach felt terribly unsettled.

Krillin wiped the vomit and saliva from the corner of his mouth. He no longer dared look back at the corpses.

The sight had been etched deeply into his mind, making his little bald head mature considerably in an instant.
