Who was Raditz?
He was Goku's older brother.
Saiyans were a warrior race. From birth, they possessed powerful fighting strength, a desire for battle, and a strong sense of honor.
On Planet Vegeta, once a Saiyan infant was born, their power level would immediately be measured. If the reading was exceptionally high, they would be regarded as an upper-class warrior and raised as a prospective combatant.
