He-El withdrew the will he had descended into Puar and slowly opened his eyes in his seat.

"What's wrong, He-El?" Bulma asked with slight concern. He-El's sudden closing of his eyes had made her feel as though his soul had wandered far away.

Bulma scanned He-El with her psychic power and discovered that his spiritual will seemed as weak as a thread, which worried her greatly.

"I'm fine," He-El said softly. "I just descended to Earth for a moment and met Goku, Yamcha, and the others."

"Whew... It's good that you're okay." Bulma let out a sigh of relief and lightly punched He-El in the chest. "You scared me to death. When I scanned you with psychic power just now, it felt like even your mind and soul had vanished. So you'd flown off to Earth."

"So that's what it looked like. Sorry, I didn't notice," He-El said apologetically. He did ponder the mechanics of descending for a moment. It seemed to hold some mysteries worth studying.

When he descended into Puar, Puar offered no resistance and fell unconscious. He-El's descent had encountered no difficulty.

However, He-El could still sense that if there had been resistance, descending would not have been so easy.

Also, although he had descended, He-El could still feel his own body. It was simply much harder to control. He had not become completely numb, but moving was still rather uncomfortable.

It required even greater control than multitasking.

"I haven't seen Goku and the others in a long time either. I wonder how they're doing now. They should all be grown up, right?" Seeing that He-El was fine, Bulma relaxed and poured two cups of coffee, handing one to him. She was faintly looking forward to seeing what Goku and the others had
