After becoming president of the Earth United Government, He-El had directly intervened in the livelihoods of various nations, changing the lives of countless impoverished people. People like Pietro Maximoff and Wanda Maximoff had benefited greatly, even gaining opportunities to attend adult university and learn knowledge.
As Pietro Maximoff thought about it, he suddenly truly understood what He-El meant to people like them. He was practically a savior, rescuing them from lives of poverty and desperate struggle for survival, allowing them a comfortable place to live, time to learn new knowledge, and even enough free time to fulfill the goals they had always pursued.
