Background

Su Mu arrived in Martial Soul City through a black vortex and inherited memories identifying his new world as Douluo Continent. He immediately bound the Myriad Realms Auction System, which converts auction value into Luck Value for purchases and the unlocking of new worlds. Its first bound world was King of Glory, whose equipment, skills, and characters could be adapted into items compatible with Douluo Continent. 1

He established the Myriad Realms Auction Pavilion in the plaza before the Papal Palace, deliberately placing his business directly opposite Bibi Dong's seat of power. The System-made pavilion grants him absolute protection within its bounds, and he summoned the Level 96 Enchanting Fox Daji to serve as its auctioneer. 2

His first System mission required him to complete an auction within one month. Seeking merchandise, Su Mu went to the Star Dou Great Forest, intercepted Tang San's opportunity involving the Man-Faced Demon Spider, and gained Destiny Points. The System preserved the creature's External Soul Bone, allowing Su Mu to auction the Eight Spider Lances independently of its Soul Ring. 3 7 21

After the first auction, Su Mu awakened the Creator Spirit Soul and began pursuing strength independent of the pavilion's protections. He subsequently expanded from auctions into Lucky Treasure Hunt branches, employee missions, and eventually an interworld headquarters in his Barren World. 30 73 117 255

He is highly protective of assets and people he considers his own. He rewards Daji for her work, equips branch managers with teleportation devices and protective puppets, and personally responds when a branch is attacked. 37 73 77

Conversely, Su Mu is merciless toward those who violate the pavilion's rules or threaten him and his associates. Hu Yan Zhen was annihilated for attacking at the pavilion entrance, while the pursuers of Zhu Zhuqing were erased after refusing to withdraw. 12 71

He is intensely dissatisfied with slow progress despite advancing at a pace considered unprecedented on Douluo Continent. At the same time, he openly values leisure and insists on rest days rather than treating constant work as a virtue. 45 169 216
