Half-Day Leave + Phase Summary
I'm seriously stuck today, so I'm organizing my thoughts.
Actually, the initial idea for this book came from the game "Faya" in the second part of "Abyssal Solitude." At the time, I was thinking of using the moon as a base, which led to the very first notes I wrote:
Guanghan Province.
These are my inspiration notes, jotted down before sleep to avoid forgetting ideas. They've become quite long now.
Many of these ideas are unusable or were directly eliminated during editing.
I didn't expect that, with the story's structure so far, Guanghan Province hasn't even appeared yet.
Next, I'll be conceptualizing the latter half of the story, which begins with Act Nine, [Seeking the Moon Guanghan].
Don't worry about the story structure or character pacing, gentlemen. The story will absolutely be complete, just like "Heavenly Court," the book where I tried writing with an ordinary protagonist and it didn't quite work out.
External factors won't defeat me, though they inevitably affect the quality of my daily writing. I'll do my best to adjust.
Furthermore, Daoist Wang's Entering and Exiting Demonic State is a gradual change in his mindset. I know this approach isn't popular, but it's necessary for the overall narrative. Otherwise, the Demonic Cultivator jokes from earlier wouldn't make sense.
The current creative challenge is how to "open up" the map smoothly.
I'm going back to ponder this.
Tomorrow's chapter at noon will be updated as scheduled!
