Negotiation, as the name implied, was a process in which both sides discussed major issues or conflicts together to find a solution, or reached a certain degree of consensus or compromise through discussion.

For example, their views on Survival of the Fittest.

God River Bodies emphasized conquering nature and spreading the wisdom of mastering life, along with various benevolent ideals, throughout the God River Body world. They were far more humane.

Beast Body Civilization, on the other hand, followed only the rule that the strong lived while the weak died. The weak were ruthlessly eliminated, and life was held in extremely low regard.

Furthermore, the two differed in technological development—or, more precisely, in their directions of development.

It was an extremely lengthy process. However, there was also a rapid and distorted form of evolutionary technology—being controlled, synthesized, and evolved by the higher intelligent lifeforms known as Triangular Body Beings.
