Within four days of beginning martial training, he had risen to Rank 2. At Wu Ji Porcelain Shop, he learned Black Tiger Fist and Gale Blade Technique from Zhao Yuesheng, spent Merit Points to master them, killed Zhao Yuesheng, and escaped the arriving constables and Giant Shark Gang members 10.
