Background / History

Lin Xiao was originally a scientist whose physical condition failed while crossing a desert. He witnessed He Xi fighting Su Mali, intervened despite his weakness, and was saved by He Xi after suffering a fatal wound. A mysterious blue energy sealed him within a crystal, after which He Xi took him away from Earth. 180

He Xi later sent the still-unconscious Lin Xiao back to Earth during the Second Demon War, approximately six thousand years before his modern awakening. Angel Yan identifies him as the legendary “Sleeping Beauty,” an ancient figure whose data was said to match He Xi’s completely. 38

After awakening in the modern era, Lin Xiao joins the Super God Project as China’s top scientist. He negotiates for unrestricted Dark Iron Ore, laboratory equipment, authority to build his own Super God Squad, and personnel support; Du Kao accepts the terms and Lian Feng becomes his experimental assistant. 4

His early plans center on using Super Gene carriers as technological assets. He recruits Ge Xiaolun for Void Creation, seeks Zhao Xin partly because of his connection to Zhi Xin, and selects He Weilun for the Super God Squad. 5 6
