Uchiha Asuka awakened his Mangekyō Sharingan, revived Madara, and became entangled in Konoha’s response to Orochimaru’s experiments. He pursued Orochimaru into the Rain Country, where Akatsuki intervened, and the confrontation ended with Asuka’s enormous attack appearing above Mount Myōboku.

• Asuka awakened his Mangekyō Sharingan after Ryoichi revealed that he had survived using Izanagi, then demonstrated his new abilities and learned that Cousin had died.
• Asuka revived Madara for three months, then used his new Medical Ninjutsu to deliver Sasuke when Mikoto’s labor stalled.
• Asuka helped bring accusations against Orochimaru to the Hokage, and Danzo led a force to confront him before rescuing him during the battle.
• Asuka traveled toward the Rain Country with Nanaka’s team to capture Orochimaru, while Konan and Pakura offered Orochimaru Akatsuki’s support for his research.
• Asuka fought Konan, discovered her connection to Pakura, and reached Nanaka’s battlefield before confronting Orochimaru over his experiments.

• Asuka returned from the Rain Country, recommended Yugao, Hanahana, and Iruka for the Chunin Exams, and awakened Susanoo before Ryoichi and Madara.
• Asuka encountered Ryūchi Cave’s Ichikishimahime during the exams, switched her mind and body with Hanahana’s, and became her summoner after Madara frightened her into retreating.
• Asuka tried to examine Kushina’s pregnancy but was punched away, while Nine-Tails sensed that Asuka meant Kushina no harm.

• Spiral Zetsu told Madara that Obito planned to extract the Nine-Tails from Kushina, and Madara recognized the plan as reckless and driven by resentment.
• The Nine-Tails attacked the Uchiha Clan Grounds, and Madara used Susanoo to protect the clan before joining Spiral Zetsu to defeat the beast at the cost of their lives.
• Asuka fought the Nine-Tails, tried to revive Minato and Kushina, and later restored Kushina’s soul while concealing her survival from Danzo.
• Uchiha Ili revealed his plan to revive Hashirama as Hokage, and Ryoichi used Impure World Reincarnation to bring Madara back before releasing him again.
• Asuka attended memorials for Madara and Minato as Danzo considered how to handle Fugaku and Tsunade arrived in Konoha.

Asuka uncovered Zhang Ba’s scheme in the Land of Waves, then returned to Konoha as the Uchiha revived Hashirama to address their political crisis. Hashirama joined Asuka’s efforts to guide the clan, while Mikoto began questioning Fugaku and learned Asuka had once proposed a coup.

• Asuka investigated the Land of Waves and discovered that Zhang Ba’s drugged Free Cafeteria meals were suppressing citizens’ hunger and judgment.
• Asuka defeated Zhang Ba and showed him an illusion of a prosperous future before Zhang Ba died, then Asuka left the country after declaring his mission a failure.
• Asuka returned to Konoha as Uchiha Ili revived Hashirama Senju, and the Uchiha elders asked Hashirama to become Hokage again.
• Hashirama agreed to remain alive for a few days, while Asuka accepted a system mission to defeat Uchiha Itachi.
• Tsunade confronted Asuka about Kushina’s condition, and Asuka told her that Mount Myōboku’s Sage’s Mark might help awaken Kushina.
• Asuka and Hashirama discussed the village’s problems and the Uchiha’s prospects, and Mikoto overheard Asuka propose that Fugaku and Mikoto divorce to enable an inter-clan marriage.
