Background / History

According to records preserved by Cosmic Enforcer Lu’s ancestors, Qi emerged from the ruins of the previous universe. After defeating its remaining unparalleled experts and absorbing the power they had accumulated, he became a Creator God and founded the present universe upon those ruins. 180

Qi divided the universe into nine regions and entrusted the positions of Cosmic Supervisor and Cosmic Enforcer to subordinates who had fought beside him. Lu’s ancestor, the Eighth General, was one of these generals; Lu later inherited a remote Cosmic Enforcer post through that lineage. 180

The Creator God’s rule faces an open challenge from Heavenly Pavilion. After the Eighth General’s death and the apparent withdrawal of the Creator God’s avatar, Heavenly Pavilion occupied the Eighth Region, provoking widespread expectations that the Creator God would retaliate. 199

Conflict with Heavenly Pavilion

Lin Shu anticipates that the Creator God could personally intervene against Heavenly Pavilion. As a deterrent, he keeps two Creator God Realm corpses inside a Cosmic Core Fragment; if activated, their corporeal transformation could force a mutually destructive battle capable of throwing the entire universe into chaos. 191

During the conflict over the Eighth Region, a wisp of the Creator God’s power became an incarnation through a token. The incarnation confronted Wuren, sought the Chaos Cosmic Stone, and escalated its assault when Wuren resisted. 192 194

A more powerful Creator God Vessel later confronted Lin Shu and Wuren directly, believing Heavenly Pavilion to be a front for outside Creator Gods testing the extent of Qi’s injuries. 198
