With whom would Chang'e share her lonely dwelling?
Moonlight blanketed the vast mountain forests, the sky for ten thousand miles, and every direction above and below. Soft and clear, it formed a boundless panorama of radiance.
Qin Ming was startled. Old Cloth certainly had some tricks—where had it brought him?
He had lived in darkness for years. Even with Fire Springs, his surroundings could never have looked like this, with pure light covering heaven and earth, imparting a sense of crystalline clarity and boundless immensity.
"Old Cloth, where have you brought me? Have we left the Abyss and entered a land with a sun, moon, and starry sky?" Qin Ming suspected as much.
Behind him, dense black night mist churned ceaselessly. Before him, everything was bright and clear. They seemed like two entirely different worlds!
Then Qin Ming grew wary again. Was this region safe? He was merely a young man in the Third Realm. Had he stumbled into some forbidden land?
In the Night Mist World, most places with light were occupied by powerful creatures.
What he saw now surpassed anything he had seen before.
Even a Super Fire Spring could only illuminate a single city. What Qin Ming experienced now was a vast radiance: "Brilliance stretching ten thousand miles, a boundless vista in the sky."
What level of monster might lurk in such a bright, pristine place?
Was Torn Cloth planning to kill him with a borrowed blade?
"Old Cloth, if you're unhappy, you can leave on your own. There's really no need to bring me here." Qin Ming reflected that they truly were sick of the sight of each other.
He considered Old Cloth useless; Old Cloth considered him an eyesore worthy of a spit.
At this point, Torn Cloth carried him into the illuminated region and landed, no longer flying high above the ground.
