Background & History

A member of the Sarutobi Clan, Hiruzen was raised as an heir of the clan and trained from childhood by the Second Hokage, Tobirama Senju, as a candidate for Hokage. He later succeeded as Konoha's Third Hokage and became known for both his political judgment and his promotion of the Will of Fire. 9 341
