"No?" Ye Feng raised an eyebrow, looking at Xiao Wu with surprise.

"Yes." Xiao Wu nodded firmly.

"How could this be? Could it be because of the treasures rewarded by the system that even the side effects have disappeared?" Ye Feng couldn't help but mutter to himself.

"Brother, what are you saying?" Xiao Wu asked curiously.

"Xiao Wu, it's fine as long as you weren't attacked by the soul inside. Next, use your Soul Power and gently press your hands on the Purple Cloud Wings," Ye Feng instructed.

"Okay." Xiao Wu nodded.

Xiao Wu channeled her Soul Power into her palm, and the eagle wings on the black scroll suddenly shone brightly, their purple and black colors growing increasingly intense until they transformed into two thin, purple-black beams of light that shot into Xiao Wu's palm like lightning.

After two thin, purplish-black rays of light entered Xiao Wu's body, they flowed rapidly along her meridians. When they reached the tendons on Xiao Wu's spine, they suddenly stopped, then turned around and actually pulled out two extremely thin branches from the meridians.

"Ah!"

Xiao Wu screamed in agony, his whole body trembling and his face turning pale. Si Si streaks of blood spread in his mouth. Finally, unable to bear the excruciating pain of his meridians being torn apart, Xiao Wu promptly fainted.

When Xiao Wu woke up from her deep sleep, she was already lying in Ye Feng's arms.

Xiao Wu's Soul Power moved at will, flowing along the two small branching meridians and into the pair of small tattoos on her back.

With the transmission of Xiao Wu's Soul Power, the jet-black tattoo immediately glowed with a faint purple light. The black Silver Wing expanded from the size of a palm to about half a foot. Finally, black wings with purple cloud patterns appeared on Xiao Wu's back.

Xiao Wu let out a long breath. Only then did she realize the danger she had just faced. Looking up at Ye Feng's still handsome face, she smiled and said, "Brother, you saved me again."

Ye Feng controlled the Xuanyuan Sword to land on the field. Looking at Xiao Wu in his arms, he reached out and gently stroked Xiao Wu nose, scolding, "You're a rabbit, you couldn't fly before.
