Unlike the Rose School, a secret organization that worshipped the Mother Tree of Desire and had covertly moved against Angel several times, the "new" organizations Amon's avatar mentioned were entirely unfamiliar to her. When she first heard their names, she could not even imagine their religious doctrines or whom they worshipped.
Fortunately, while researching Sealed Artifact 0-63, the Sword of Glory, Amon had learned a fair amount from them. He had tentatively determined that they worshipped the Outer Deities beyond the barrier—the Great Old Ones constantly plotting to project their power onto Earth.
This did not come as a surprise to Angel. Ever since learning that the God of Combat had died in the war of the gods, she had worried about the stability of the barrier left behind by the Original Creator. After all, seven Gods had previously supported the tottering barrier in the Astral World, but now only six remained. Although the Evernight Goddess had acquired some of the qualifications needed to advance to a Great Old One, that distant prospect could not yet translate into combat power. The barrier would undoubtedly be weakened.
As for the Primordial Demoness, the True Creator, and Adam, the Visionary who had only just become a God, they had been suppressed by the Orthodox Churches throughout the Fifth Epoch. It would be good enough if they refrained from causing trouble now. No one expected them to fill the gap left by the God of Combat.
The direct consequence of the weakened barrier was that, starting in the later stages of the war, when the Gods were actively preparing for battle and neglecting its defenses, the Outer Deities had found opportunities to seep a portion of their power through it.
