Estimating that her trip would take no more than four hours, Angel did not tell Clement where she was going. She merely informed Daly before leaving the Silver Bullet Detective Agency.

She had originally planned to go to the location of the Artisan provided by the Hanged Man to figure out what the inexplicable revolver in her hand that had absorbed a Beyonder Characteristic was actually capable of, but after learning from Daly that the Nighthawks had already set their sights on the Tarot Club, she decided to look into the matter first.

The Port District was close to the Steam Train Station and not too far from the Nighthawks' headquarters, but Angel was unfamiliar with the streets of Enmat Harbor. Rather than attempting to walk there, she hired a carriage, just as she had when she arrived.
