Background / History

Luo Chen founded Purple Myrtle Heavenly Palace in Nuoding City as the foundation of his plan to weaken and ultimately dismantle the Heaven Dou and Star Luo Empires. He appointed Xiao Tian as the faction's first elder, supplied ten million Gold Soul Coins for its establishment, and arranged for Dugu Bo to assist its early development. Its initial construction was to be completed within a year. 76

The palace's name derives from the Ziwei Star, described as the “Emperor Star.” Luo Chen chose it to reflect his intention to rule over great affairs and hold the fate of living beings in his hands.
