Listening to Singer's report, Jino nodded and led Tony and Ethan inside.
The moment he entered, Jino heard Lex and Dr. Erskine arguing.
"Why weaken the dosage? Only by maintaining the dosage can we create the most powerful soldiers."
"But Mr. Luthor, you cannot ignore this drug's effects on the human mind. If we maintain the dosage and use it on a large scale, all we will create is a group of insane people with antisocial personalities."
Of the two men arguing, one was a young man with a bald head but a face full of collagen, while the other was an old, overweight man with a receding hairline, a weathered face, and an out-of-shape body—Dr. Erskine, whom Jino had abducted from some unknown Marvel Universe.
