Tony first encounters Jino Luthor at a Stark Industries pool party. Unable to explain why no one else can perceive Jino, Tony accepts a golden card offering one rescue in exchange for lifelong service should he ever use it. 308 309

Jino later secures Peter Parker an internship at Stark Industries by offering Tony the truth about Howard and Mary Stark's deaths.
