Ch. 1Trading System

Yin Hao learned how his Trading System worked and began using food donations to trade for Tang San’s abilities and bloodline. After delivering rice to Tang San, Yin Hao received an offer to claim 1% of Tang San’s Blue Silver Emperor bloodline and chose to wait.

  • Yin Hao met Tang San and activated the Trading System, learning that he could trade needed items for important characters’ possessions and buy goods with Gold Soul Coins.
  • Yin Hao learned he could claim a trade reward in installments to reduce the chance that its former owner would notice the loss.
  • Yin Hao brought rice from Old Jack’s home to Tang San’s family and found Tang San preparing food in the blacksmith shop.
  • The System offered Yin Hao 1% of Tang San’s Blue Silver Emperor bloodline in exchange for the rice, and Yin Hao chose not to claim it yet.

Ch. 2Martial Soul Awakening

  • Tang San told Tang Hao that Yin Hao was an orphan adopted by Grandpa Jack, and Tang Hao became dazed while muttering to himself.
  • Yin Hao confirmed that his second martial soul was the Single Tomoe Sharingan and learned from the System that it could evolve through System Shop exchanges.
  • Yin Hao decided to hide the Sharingan and avoid attaching soul rings to it too early because his body might not withstand the Soul Power.
  • Old Jack secured Yin Hao a work-study quota and told him that Tang San could use the village's quota to attend school with him.
  • Yin Hao went to Tang San's blacksmith shop to tell him about enrolling in school, and Tang Hao invited him inside.

  • Tang San chose an empty bed in the dorm, and Xiao Wu asked Yin Hao whether he had brought a quilt.
  • Yin Hao invited Xiao Wu to buy bedding with him, and he patiently answered her questions as they walked through town.
  • At the bedding shop, Yin Hao stopped the owner from describing quilts made from Soft Bone Rabbit pelts after Xiao Wu grew angry.
  • Yin Hao pretended he had money for only one quilt, and the shop owner offered to give them a second one for free.

  • Yin Hao reluctantly agreed to push their beds together and share the quilt with Xiao Wu.
