Background & History

Zhao Tian serves within Chen Feng's security operation. After an attack on the factory, he organizes the cleanup, gathers personnel from his security office, and questions incapacitated bodyguards about the breach. Chen Feng regards him as reliable, though he initially keeps him under Sky Eye surveillance as a precaution. 119
