Aizen Finally Died

Hinamori Momo's heart suddenly skipped a beat.

Because—

Out of the corner of her eye—

On that towering Sacred Wall—

There seemed to be a dead body hanging there!

The corpse appeared to be wearing the White Haori reserved for Gotei 13 captains!

"Ah!!!!!"

"Captain Aizen!!!!!"

A shrill scream rang out.

Hinamori Momo stood before the Sacred Wall.

Then she collapsed helplessly to her knees.

"H-How... How could this possibly be Captain Aizen's corpse?"

Hinamori Momo stared blankly at Aizen's lifeless body.

Tears had long since begun streaming down her face.

Very quickly—

Hinamori Momo's heart-wrenching cries drew over the Soul Reapers patrolling nearby.

Gin Ichimaru also rushed over almost immediately with his adjutant.

He looked at Aizen hanging from the stone wall.

Then he looked at Hinamori Momo kneeling below it.

Gin Ichimaru said with a grin:

"My, my, Captain Aizen was actually killed. It seems the Ryoka who infiltrated yesterday were quite formidable. So there was apparently a reason I failed to kill them on the spot at the White Road Gate that day."

Hearing Gin Ichimaru's faintly mocking voice—

Hinamori Momo abruptly turned around.

Angry tears scattered through the air.

She shouted, "It was you! This was all because of you!"

After saying that—

Hinamori drew her sword and rose.

As Gin Ichimaru's Vice Captain, how could Kira Izuru possibly allow someone to attack his own captain?

He too drew his blade and began fighting Hinamori.

The scene descended into chaos.
