Naraku Veiler resembled a giant spider. Even with Akatsuki Kojou and Kousaka Sayaka fighting one together, they found it exceptionally difficult. When Gardoš appeared in the Queen unit, the area around Akatsuki Kojou was immediately surrounded by a ring of "giant spiders."
Naraku Veiler's armor was incredibly tough. Even Yukina's Spear, designed specifically to destroy magic, could not leave the slightest mark on it.
Even if an attack could easily shatter its armor, Naraku Veiler would repair itself and become immune to that same method of attack the next time.
Neither Kurumi nor Little Red could determine Naraku Veiler's exact energy source, which was why Kurumi was so interested in its ability to "resurrect infinitely."
"Senpai, hold on a little longer! I've obtained Naraku Veiler's self-destruct program from Aiba-senpai. As long as we can get it into the Queen unit, every Naraku Veiler will self-destruct!"
Himeragi Yukina's voice came through the radio. Akatsuki Kojou and Kousaka Sayaka were instantly invigorated upon hearing it!
Just as Akatsuki Kojou was about to summon his Familiar Beast again, a stream of black light suddenly fell from the sky!
"Screech-boom!"
The black mist and dust kicked up by the explosion were blasted away. Kousaka Sayaka stood before Akatsuki Kojou and used her weapon's special properties to deflect the shockwave.
When the dust settled, Akatsuki Kojou faintly made out the figure of a man in black standing atop a heavily damaged Naraku Veiler.
When the man turned around, Akatsuki Kojou's pupils suddenly contracted!
"You!"
Outside the battlefield, Duke Vatler, dressed in an ostentatious white suit, frowned.
"Hey! Sir over there, it seems you've crossed the line!"
"This is the Fourth True Ancestor's battlefield. You—"
The man in black vanished in an instant, leaving only thin black streaks hanging in the air for half a second.
