The four towers stood straight like ancient guardian gods. Their spires were set with translucent crystals that occasionally flashed with ripples of white-blue magical power.

"The entire Blue Bridge Fortress has a rectangular layout, unlike the fortresses of the past that were built against mountains." Ang stood with his hands behind his back, his tone calm but faintly confident.

"We will no longer rely on terrain. Instead, the fortress itself will become a landmark on the battlefield."

"In other words..." Quintina stepped onto the platform and looked toward the distant mountains. "If the Demons want to enter the rear of the defensive line, then aside from crossing the First Defense Line mountains, they can only force their way through Blue Bridge Fortress."
