Hordes of Demons pushed twice as many catapults, their wheels crushing the earth and splashing up thick mud.

"This time, there are far more of them than yesterday." Ade stared into the distance, his face grim.

"Looks like these Demons have gotten smarter," he added quietly, unease in his eyes.

"They came prepared, and so did we." Ang stood high above them, his expression cold but his voice exceptionally calm.

However, the Demons did not begin firing immediately as they had yesterday.

The leading Tier 3 Foul Spirit stood with its head raised, deep black light gleaming in its eyes as it let out a low roar.

The Demon language sounded like bones being ground apart, carrying a terrifying pressure as it drifted over from afar.

Ade was utterly confused and could not help asking, "My lord, what is that thing roaring about?"

Ang snorted coldly, his eyes never leaving the Tier 3 Foul Spirit. "It says that building a fortress here has violated the so-called 'unspoken rules' between both sides. If we leave, they will not attack."

"Bullshit rules!" Ade cursed, his face filled with rage.

Ang did not respond immediately. Instead, he turned his head and called softly, "Mephini."

Mephini understood at once. She raised her bow, nocked an arrow, and drew the string in one smooth motion.

The Holy Light Rune Arrow in her hand gleamed with a pearly white radiance
