Background / History

Tsunade is the granddaughter of the First Hokage and Uzumaki Mito. By age sixteen, she was already a Konoha jonin whose Strength of a Hundred Seal remained incomplete. Her family and clan later suffered repeated losses, leaving the Senju in steep decline and shaping her determination to save the people around her. 19 192

She became one of the Third Hokage’s three disciples alongside Jiraiya and Orochimaru. During the Land of Rain conflict, the trio survived a battle against Hanzō, who recognized their potential and named them the Konoha Sannin. 156 438
