"The Great Honkai? A Herrscher? Less than one in a hundred?" Kiana repeated with a frown. She did not wonder why Otto had brought her to such a dangerous place. Instead, she looked out the window at the bustling crowds, all of them utterly unaware that disaster was about to strike.
"Shouldn't we call the police? And evacuate everyone?" Kiana asked. She did not think Otto was lying to her.
"Schicksal is professional when it comes to handling this sort of thing. But we cannot act openly. If the evil forces trying to trigger the Honkai discover us, they might set it off ahead of time."
"The entirety of Changkong City is currently hostage. Fortunately, they do not know we are here."
As Otto spoke, Kiana looked at him and suddenly realized that at some point, he had put on a silver mask that covered the upper half of his handsome face.
"You..."
"Just a little disguise."
Otto smiled. Judging from how peaceful things had been today, Bronya probably had not reported him to Cocolia. He had come to Changkong City under a false identity to begin with, and Cocolia would never imagine that the Bishop of Schicksal himself had come here in person.
"Do I need a disguise?"
Kiana touched her face, and Otto smiled.
"No need. You are a newcomer under me. The mastermind trying to trigger the Honkai in Changkong City will not recognize you."
"Still, if you perform well in Changkong City, you might become famous."
Otto drove steadily, despite rarely driving himself.
Then he heard Kiana's voice.
"Are you going to kill that Raiden Mei?"
Kiana asked timidly. To be honest, killing was not something that felt real to her. Even though she had gone around punishing evil and helping the weak, she had never killed anyone. At most, she had taught bad people a lesson. Otto had also said Mei might become a Herrscher, which meant she might not become one either.
But Kiana did not know that, to complete the mission and avoid being feminized, Otto had to make Mei become a Herrscher. "No."
Otto shook his head.
"Herrschers are apostles of the Honkai, but they can betray the Honkai."
"And what we need to do is make Raiden Mei join us."

When she opened it, Kiana froze.

A Little Bug Brimming with Justice
Originally, Otto had planned to buy Senba Academy outright. If he became the academy director, it would be very convenient for him to approach Mei.

A young female teacher in a teacher's uniform came out through the school gates and greeted them enthusiastically.
"I am Jasmine, the dean of students at Senba Academy. You can just call me Jasmine."
As she spoke, the teacher handed Otto a business card. Otto nodded and slipped it into his pocket.
The reason she was being so attentive was because Otto had given Senba Academy a considerable amount in donations.
However, Otto sized up the alluring figure wrapped beneath her teacher's uniform. One look was enough to tell that she was a seductive woman with special talents.
It was not that Otto viewed people through yellow-tinted glasses.

The teacher looked at Kiana beside Otto and smiled.

Then a hand rested on her waist, drawing her attention away.
It was Otto's dirty hand.
"My child is a little shy. I did not care for her properly in the past. Only recently, after my career became stable, did I have time to stay by her side."
"It is all right. Once she comes to Senba Academy, she can treat this place like home. Everyone here is very kind."
The teacher smiled gently. "Still, you look so young. I cannot believe you already have such a grown daughter. But why are you wearing a mask?"
"My face was burned in a fire, and my wife also passed away in that accident."
Otto let a trace of sorrow show on his face.
"I am sorry."
"It is fine. It happened so long ago. People have to keep moving forward, right? What do you think, my precious daughter?"
Otto smiled as he spoke to Kiana.
"Yes, my wonderful daddy~"

A desk and chair had been placed at the entrance of the Teaching Building, with a bouquet of flowers sitting on top of the desk.
They were flowers symbolizing the dead.
The teacher's expression stiffened. Kiana also noticed the desk and ran over to it.
She discovered that not only were there flowers on the desk, but it was also covered in filthy insults directed at a girl.
"That is awful."
Kiana frowned.
"It certainly is."
Otto walked over as well. If he was not mistaken, this should be Raiden Mei's desk.
