"Great Honkai? Herrscher? Nine dead for one alive?" Kiana furrowed her brow as she repeated the words. She didn't bother wondering why Otto had brought her to such a dangerous place; instead, she looked out the window at the bustling crowds below, utterly oblivious to the impending disaster.

"Shouldn't we call the police? And evacuate all these people?" Kiana asked. She didn't think Otto was lying to her.

"Dealing with this kind of thing is what Schicksal does best. But we can't act openly. If the evil forces trying to trigger the Honkai catch wind of us, they might set it off early."

"The entire Changkong City is a hostage right now. But fortunately, they don't know we're here."

As Otto spoke, Kiana looked at him and suddenly noticed a silver mask had appeared on his face, covering the handsome upper half.

"What's that..."

"A little disguise."

Otto said with a smile. Given how calm things were today, Bronya probably hadn't reported his affairs to Cocolia. He'd come to Changkong City under a false identity anyway, and Cocolia would never expect that the Bishop of Schicksal himself would set foot here.

"Do I need a disguise?"

Kiana touched her own face, and Otto chuckled.

"No need. You're a newbie here. The mastermind behind triggering the Honkai in Changkong City won't recognize you."

"Though, if you stand out in Changkong City, you might just become a celebrity."

Otto drove the car, and though he rarely did so, he handled it smoothly.

Then he heard Kiana's voice.

"Are you going to kill that Raiden Mei?"

Kiana asked timidly. To be honest, she had no real sense of what killing meant. In all her experiences, even when she'd gone around punishing evil, she'd never killed anyone—at most, she'd taught the bad guys a lesson.

Besides, Otto had said Mei might become a Herrscher, meaning she might not become one at all.

But Kiana didn't know that to complete his mission and avoid feminization, Otto had to make Mei become a Herrscher.

"No."

Otto shook his head.

"A Herrscher is an apostle of the Honkai, but a Herrscher can betray the Honkai."

"What we need to do is get Raiden Mei to join us."

"She's like a double-edged sword—she might hurt us, but if used well, she'll be a sharp weapon."

"Don't worry, though. The Great Honkai hasn't happened yet, and Raiden Mei hasn't become a Herrscher. Right now, she's just an ordinary beautiful high school student."

"And you also have the potential to become a Savior."

"I'm not gonna wipe out humanity." Kiana laughed. Honestly, Otto's direct affirmation left her feeling a bit detached.

She didn't think she'd ever become a Herrscher who wanted to destroy humanity.

"I believe you." Otto turned to look at Kiana, startling her—he was driving, after all!

"Car! Car! Watch the road!"

Seeing the car almost ram into the one ahead, Kiana's heart leaped into her throat. Luckily, Otto swerved just in time, though it triggered a chain of honking horns.

"So, how are you gonna get Raiden Mei to join? Not like how you did with me, right?"

Once the car steadied, Kiana finally breathed a sigh of relief.

"Haven't figured that out yet. But, cute little kitten, you can help me think of a way to win over Raiden Mei. She'll be your colleague someday."

"Huh, win her over? This isn't some dating game. And I don't know anything about that stuff."

"No worries. We've still got a ways to go to Senba Academy. Take your time thinking. If you help me win over Raiden Mei, I'll count it as your contribution."

"I already came along with you. That should count as my contribution anyway."

Kiana laughed. Otto's flippant attitude kept her from feeling tense.

Some things, when they're not right in front of you and you've only heard rumors, you can't grasp the despair they hold.

"But isn't Senba Academy an all-girls school? How are you gonna get in, Otto? Just buy the whole school?"

After spending a few days with him, Kiana knew Otto was filthy rich.

Otto didn't answer. He glanced at Kiana, pulled a small booklet from his pocket, and slapped it onto her thigh.

Otto slapped away the dirty hand resting on her firm thigh, and Kiana picked up the small booklet, discovering it was actually a household registry.

Opening it, Kiana froze.

Because, on it, she and Otto were listed as father and daughter.

"Parent visit."

Chapter 25. The Righteous Little Bug

Originally, Otto had planned to buy Senba Academy outright—if he could become the school's principal, approaching Mei would be very convenient.

But this morning, Rita told him.

Otto's secretary, Amber, said the budget was overstretched, and buying it wouldn't be of much use.

Even diverting funds from the new "Kallen Fantasy" project, it wasn't nearly enough to purchase Senba Academy.

At the entrance of Senba Academy, Otto wore a half-mask, leaning against a sleek black luxury car, while Kiana kept her hands in her coat pockets, kicking pebbles nearby.

A young female teacher in a Teacher's uniform emerged from the school gate, greeting him warmly.

"I'm the Dean of Students at Senba Academy. Just call me Jasmine."

With that, the female teacher handed Otto a business card, and he nodded, slipping it into his pocket.

The reason for her eagerness was that Otto had made substantial donations to Senba Academy.

Still, Otto sized up her curvaceous figure wrapped in the Teacher's uniform—one look told him this was a woman with special talents.

It wasn't that Otto was seeing things through a dirty lens.

After all, a young woman who looked barely in her twenties and could become a school's Dean of Students either had a good dad, or had a good dad.

"And this must be Your Daughter—truly a beautiful girl. Senba Academy welcomes a young lady like her."

The female teacher glanced at Kiana standing beside Otto, speaking with a smile.

Though she was being complimented, Kiana felt something off.

A Young Girl is sensitive; she felt like this female teacher was appraising her, like a slab of pork at the market.

Then a hand landed on her waist, drawing her attention.

It was Otto's dirty hand.

"My child is a bit shy. I didn't take good care of her before, and only now that my career is stable do I have time to be by her side."

"That's fine. Once you're at Senba Academy, think of it as home. Everyone here is very kind."

The female teacher smiled gently. "But you look so young to have such a grown daughter. Why are you wearing a mask, though?"

"My face was burned in a fire. In that accident, my wife also passed away."

Otto let a hint of sorrow show.

"I'm sorry."

"It's fine. It's been so long. People have to look forward, right? Isn't that right, my precious daughter?"

Otto said with a smile, turning to Kiana.

"Yes, my dear Dad~"

Kiana replied with a bright smile, though when the female teacher wasn't looking, she slapped Otto's dirty hand away. After the teacher turned around, she shook her little fist at Otto like an angry kitten.

This was just a performance. To a certain extent, she would play along with Otto.

Otto looked toward the largest building in Senba Academy.

"Is that the teaching building?"

"Yes, Mr. Olga. Let me show you around the teaching building. Classes are in session right now—please observe the students' spirited and positive attitude."

"Spirited and positive?" Otto chuckled, pointing at a desk near the entrance of the teaching building. "Is that spirited and positive too?"

A desk and chair were set up at the entrance, with a bouquet of flowers placed on the desk.

Flowers that symbolized the dead.

The female teacher's expression stiffened. Kiana also spotted the desk and jogged over. She found that not only were there flowers on the desk, but it was also covered in vulgar insults directed at a young girl.

"That's too much."

Kiana frowned.

"It really is too much."

Otto walked over as well. If he wasn't mistaken, this should be Raiden Mei's desk.

At this time, because Raiden Ryoma had been imprisoned, Mei's life had taken a nosedive. Her once-close friends began keeping their distance, and she had even started to suffer from bullying.
