Shirou Emiya defeated Obito Uchiha, took control of the Ten-Tails, and let Madara Uchiha cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi, which Black Zetsu used to revive Kaguya Otsutsuki. After revealing that he had manipulated Black Zetsu for centuries, Shirou battled Kaguya and absorbed her Chakra, leaving her transformed into the Ten-Tails.

• Shirou Emiya killed Obito Uchiha through Kamui, then extracted the Ten-Tails before Obito could finish becoming its Jinchuriki.
• Shirou Emiya let Madara Uchiha revive and gave him Obito’s Rinnegan, while the Shinobi Alliance fought Madara and Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha sought the Sage of Six Paths.
• Madara Uchiha became the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki and cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi, but Black Zetsu stabbed him and revealed that the plan would resurrect Kaguya Otsutsuki.
• Kaguya Otsutsuki emerged and transported Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, Shirou Emiya, Kakashi Hatake, and Obito Uchiha to her dimension, where she and Shirou fought Naruto and Sasuke.
• Black Zetsu revealed that Kaguya had used Shirou Emiya, but Shirou seized Black Zetsu and explained that he had planned his death and resurrection to draw Kaguya into the world.
• Shirou Emiya revealed that he had manipulated Black Zetsu since the Ancient Era, then fought Kaguya across dimensions and repeatedly wounded her.
• Shirou Emiya disrupted Kaguya Otsutsuki’s escape, pierced her chest, and absorbed her Chakra, causing her to transform into the Ten-Tails.
