Jaco: Don't Come Any Closer!

"Enough teasing. Tell me more about that alien," Tights urged.

"The alien I mentioned aims to conquer other people's planets. What's most terrifying is that they're an extremely warlike race. Even we Galactic Patrolmen are no match for them!" Jaco's expression grew increasingly grave. "Against humans with little battle power, like those on Earth, they'll send a child here. In the end, little by little, they'll wipe out every human on this planet."

"Ah? It's that serious?" Tights was visibly moved.

"From childhood until their youth, they retain the body of an infant, making their opponents lower their guard," Jaco said gravely. "Then they suddenly grow into their combat form, which looks like Earth adults, and remain in that form without seeming to age. As for their appearance, they're almost no different from Earthlings, except they have tails."

"I thought they looked something like you. So they actually look like us Earthlings." Tights understood, then asked, "So which planet are these aliens from?"

"Their planet is called Planet Vegeta. They're Saiyans," Jaco answered.

"Doesn't sound all that impressive by name... But in any case, them coming to Earth can't mean anything good," Tights remarked.

"Let's head down. Looks like they won't be coming today." Jaco shook his head.

"So you were here to watch for that Saiyan coming to Earth?" Tights finally realized.

"What else did you think?" Jaco rolled his eyes.

The two of them came down from the platform.

"Actually, I called my father earlier. He agreed to come help solve your Spaceship problem," Tights told Jaco.

"Your father? How can your father help?" Dr. Omori asked curiously.

Jaco also gave Tights a curious look.

They had known each other for so long. Why was she suddenly bringing up her father?

Was her father famous?

"Have you heard of Capsule Corp?" Tights asked Dr. Omori.

"Capsule Corp? Of course I have!" Dr. Omori nodded. "Isn't that the company owned by Dr. Briefs, West City's most famous genius scientist? Why bring that up all of a sudden? Don't tell me... you know Dr. Briefs?"

"I do, and we're very close," Tights said with a smile.

"Very close?" Dr. Omori froze.

"He's my father," Tights said.

Dr. Omori was stunned. He let out a series of shrieks and did not recover for quite some time.

Jaco beside him was equally bewildered.

After a long silence.

"Ah? Miss Tights, you're the young lady of Capsule Corp?" Dr. Omori asked in astonishment.

"I actually didn't want to say it..." Tights sighed.

Dr. Omori: "..."

"So that means your family is rich?" Jaco looked at Tights and asked.

"I only said it for your sake, so don't treat me differently because of it." Tights giggled.

"I wouldn't." Jaco shook his head.

Tights: "..."

That flex had gone badly...

She couldn't show off in front of an alien.

"My father said they'll come over right away. They should arrive around dusk," Tights added.

"But speaking of which, as the daughter of a wealthy family—and the richest family in the world at that—why leave home to work outside? And why come all the way to this shabby little island?" Jaco asked in confusion.

Dr. Omori: "..."

Who was he calling a shabby little island?

"Because I want to become a science-fiction writer, so this sort of experience is absolutely necessary! Growing up in a wealthy household, I could never imagine what this kind of life was like." Tights smiled. "The conditions here are actually ideal, and you, an alien, just happened to show up. Besides, an alien like you won't try anything with a beautiful woman like me, so I feel very safe."

Jaco felt somewhat stifled.

You make so much sense that I don't even know how to argue back.

Near dusk, a luxurious Amphibious Airship slowly approached from the sea.

"Slow! I... want to fly!" Broly had wanted several times to fly out of the airship.

"Behave yourself!" Bulma glared at Broly angrily.

Broly scratched his head sheepishly and grinned foolishly.

The airship came to a stop at the dock.

Briefs, Luo Tian, Bulma, and Broly stepped off the airship one after another.

Jaco and the other two were already waiting on the shore.

"Thank you, Dr. Briefs, for coming all this way!" Dr. Omori hurried forward to shake his hand.

"You must be the alien Tights told me about?" Dr. Briefs adjusted his glasses and studied Dr. Omori with curiosity.

Dr. Omori: "..."

"Ahem... I'm Dr. Omori..." Dr. Omori wiped away his sweat.

"Father, he's the alien." Tights pointed at Jaco beside her.

However, when Tights turned to look at Jaco, she suddenly noticed cold sweat pouring from his entire body, while he trembled nonstop.

"Y-You... what's wrong, Jaco?" Tights asked strangely.

Looking more closely, Tights discovered that Jaco was staring fixedly at the two children.

Those two children had come with Father and Bulma.

"Hello, little ones... Are you Bulma's kindergarten classmates?" Tights stepped forward to greet them.

"No," Luo Tian answered.

Broly scratched his head dumbly and grinned foolishly.

"Big Sister!" Bulma ran forward at top speed and gave her sister an enthusiastic hug.

Luo Tian, meanwhile, calmly started walking toward Jaco.

Jaco began trembling even more violently.

"Y-You... don't come any closer!" Jaco immediately took up a fighting stance and pointed toward the sea. "If you come any closer, I'll jump in!"

"Whoosh!"

Just as he spoke, Broly shot over from afar, grabbed Jaco by the head, and smashed him fiercely into the ground.

Bang!

Jaco's head made intimate contact with the earth.

Broly stepped forward, seized Jaco by the arm, and slammed his body back and forth, left and right.

Everyone present was dumbfounded.

Even Luo Tian was left somewhat speechless.

I didn't tell you to attack him.
