These children were Konoha's future.

The ones who could truly shoulder Konoha's future.

"So, now that you've become my disciples, what would you like to learn?"

"Let me make this clear first: I'm not good at fighting."

Though she could beat a Kage black and blue.

Hearing that, Hinata Hitomi was a little disappointed. She wanted to go home and practice her swordsmanship.

"Sealing Technique, Barriers, Medical Ninjutsu."

Mimi answered directly.

"Why do you want to learn those?" Mito asked curiously.

"Because I want to turn insects into my Summoning Beasts," Mimi said. "The Insect Jar can carry too few insects."

"You don't know them?" Mimi asked.

"I do!" Mito answered firmly.

She had overseen the construction of Konoha's Barrier.

"I'm just surprised you want to learn a technique that offers no help in combat."

The Four Red Yang Formation objected.

"It's to establish an experimental site, to prevent the insects being bred from escaping and disrupting the balance of the natural environment."

In truth, the Insect Swarm was under Mimi's absolute control, so it was impossible for it to damage the ecosystem. But it could minimize interference from natural factors and create a closed ecological testing area.

Everything was for a single purpose.

Mito gave her a thoughtful look and smiled. "Insect Princess, you really do love insects."

"I understand." Mito looked at Chiri and Hitomi. "What about you two? Do you have any thoughts for now?"

"Medical Ninjutsu," Hinata Hitomi answered. If she got hurt while training, she could treat herself. It was a very practical thought.

"As for Ninjutsu, those are the only things I can teach you. I'll teach you all of them, but it will be very difficult, so prepare yourselves."

"And becoming a ninja means taking on the responsibilities that come with it. You must share the burden of completing Konoha's missions."

"But as your teacher, I cannot leave the village freely. Therefore, you will be unable to accept mission commissions."

"Does that mean we'll never be able to accept missions?" Hinata Hitomi cried out.
