History

Zhou Feiyu first entered the optical-materials field by independently developing Basic Optical Film samples, then promoted the resulting FY-01 material through Hua Long Technology. FY-01’s performance drew immediate discussion over commercial applications and cooperation with Fei Yang Technology. 2 10

Fei Yang New Material was formed after Zhou acquired Risheng Materials. He reorganized the workforce, introduced employee benefits and 5S transformation plans, established a legal department under Wang Lei, and recruited classmate Xiao Jianguo for finance and accounting. 29

To preserve control over core patents and operations, Zhou refused outside investment in Fei Yang New Material.
